Workplace Health: Free Osteopathy Sessions for Group Employees

As part of its ongoing commitment to improving quality of work life (QWL), the industrial group Artzainak has launched an innovative initiative to prevent musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs): the presence of an osteopath directly on production sites.
The 2024 program spans eight days and covers three pilot sites: Armax, Emeca, and Lagarde. The osteopath visits the sites to offer free sessions to employees. Thanks to a flexible booking system, Artzainak makes it easier to access care without disrupting daily operations.
The goal is to integrate prevention into the work routine and reduce risks by offering personalized preventive care. Initial feedback from employees has been very positive. This pilot phase may soon be extended to other Group sites.
By implementing this proactive approach, Artzainak reaffirms its commitment to its employees and establishes a lasting and responsible health culture within the company.
