Groupe Artzainak has just launched the redevelopment of a former espadrille factory in Mauléon-Licharre that will be its head office. The future building will balance the needs for modernness and performance while conserving the site’s industrial heritage.
The project signals a major stride in the Group’s development and will fully meet its growth ambitions. It will be much more spacious and provide customers and partners with better reception facilities. It is designed to be conducive to joint team work and improve staff wellbeing. It will also reflect the Group’s commitment to CSR, primarily by applying the “zero land take” principle, by considerably reducing the project’s carbon footprint.
The works, which kicked off in June 2024, are managed by the architect Battitt Bordenave of Saint Palais. The local building contractors employed for the project should deliver the head office in June 2025.
