L’activité de production de LECOMBLE et SCHMITT s’étend sur une surface d’environ 1500m². Elle se compose :

• d’un atelier de montage organisé en ilots segmentés , fonction des différentes gammes de produits. Des opérateurs poly-compétents y réalisent assemblages et tests sur banc d’essais.
• d’un atelier d’usinage qui permet d’assurer autonomie, flexibilité et réactivité. Les activités significatives y sont le fraisage, le perçage et le tournage sur machines numériques et conventionnelles, le rodage, la soudure à l’arc…
• d’une cabine de peinture professionnelle permettant l’application au pistolet pneumatique.

L’ensemble des opérations de conception, production, expédition sont supportés par l’ERP SAGE X3

Tous les produits de LECOMBLE SCHMITT sont fabriqués , assemblés en France et s’appuient sur un système qualité ISO9001/2015. Les appareils sont garantis 2 ans, et la gamme de vérins pour bateaux de pêche et de service est approuvable par les organismes BV, ABS, LRS, GL, CCS, RINA et assimilés. De plus, tous les vérins et pompes sont homologués CE, assurant une conformité totale aux normes européennes.
