Through this twofold capacity it supplies full, long-lasting solutions that meet the most stringent demands of its customers that operate in a raft of sectors including the packing and packaging industries, and the construction, public works and sewage sectors.
EBL Plastics works alongside its customers from the initial design phase to the final manufacturing of plastic parts. It uses vacuum thermoforming for medium runs without undercuts, and plastic injection for producing long runs of complex finished parts. EBL Plastics products are renowned for their light weight, strength, insulation and recycling capacity, and thus meet strict durability and industrial performance standards.
EBL Trenchless, the leading French for trenchless wastewater system rehabilitation company, excels in pipe-within-a-pipe techniques. EBL Trenchless offers a range of innovative products such as polyester felt sliplining, styrene-, amine- and bisphenol A-free resin-impregnated lining, and will soon offer a UV-curable photopolymerizable lining. These technologies improve the systems’ hydraulic properties and considerably simplify in-situ installation for optimum project performance.
EBL is inspired by the emergence of a more sustainable future, and so committed to reducing the environmental footprint of its products by using more than 85% recycled materials in its manufacturing processes. EBL has adopted an eco-design approach, based on the competences of its teams and heavy investment in Research and Development, that integrates product recyclability to ensure product sustainability while minimizing their environmental impact.
